Heading the Seattle office is HGI Senior Geophysicist Dr. Nigel Crook. Dr. Crook joined HGI in 2011, bringing nearly 20 years of near-surface geophysics experience in the commercial and academic arenas, extensive experience in archeological geophysics, and geophysical survey experience over several continents. Previously Nigel spent 5 years as a research associate in the Geophysics Department at Stanford University. Nigel’s education includes a B.Sc. Degree in Geology and Geophysics from the Durham University, England; an M.Sc. Degree in Archaeology from Liverpool University, England; and a Ph.D. in Environmental and Rock Magnetism from the Manchester Metropolitan University, England.
Joined by his wife and two children Nigel is excited to be part of the Pacific Northwest community and is looking forward to working with you to find geophysical solutions for your environmental, engineering, ground water, mining, oil & gas, and natural resource exploration needs.
