Matthew Warfield is the Business Development Manager for hydroGEOPHYSICS (HGI). He has over 20 years of experience as a results-driven sales professional. Matthew supports senior project managers by developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contract terms with clients, and communicating with stakeholders. He is highly skilled in developing government contracts making him the perfect person to walk you through the contracting process. He is well-connected locally and in the national and international business communities. Matthew is devoted to developing and maintaining solid relationships centered on confidence in geophysical technology, giving HGI’s clients the tools they need to solve subsurface problems.

Before joining HGI, Matthew worked in business development and sales for over 20 years. In his most recent position, he served as the Business Development Manager for Barrett Business Services, a company providing payroll administration and a variety of HR and business consulting services. In his 20-year career as a sales professional, Matthew has been honored with the “Outstanding Sales Achievement Award” “Rising Star Award,” and he is a 23-time “Sales Achievement Award” winner.

When Matthew is not working, he enjoys his family, antique picking, and being a ballet dad.
